1. Please read the regulation carefully in all its sections as a prerequisite for ordering and communication between the customer and Negev Safari.

2. The use of the website is intended for information and ordering various activities for any user over the age of 18. Has an email address and has a valid credit card in Israel or abroad through which the order and payment was made.

3. Approval of the purchase is conditioned exclusively on the approval of the credit company.

4. Using the reservation system and making an order and payment constitutes consent to the site's terms and conditions.

5. The general information on itineraries, etc. presented on the website is only a recommendation and the responsibility for checking the itineraries rests with the users.

6. Using the order system includes an add to cart button and the entire payment process must be completed in order for the order to be recorded. 7. Some activities depend on a minimum number of registrants. Customers will receive an update on the status of their order prior to the activity date.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, it will be clarified that the "add to basket" process does not constitute an order. As long as the customer's details and credit card details have not been typed and at the end of the process the customer will receive an order confirmation email as written above in section 6.

9. Cancellation of a trip reservation: according to the Consumer Protection Law 1981 as worded in the link https://www.consumers.org.il/category/deal-annulment-regulations.

   • Cancellation of a transaction will be done by sending an email message to the address info@negevsafari.co.il.

10. You can cancel the purchase of an activity up to 7 business days before the date of the activity. In case of cancellation, the customer will be charged a handling fee at the rate of 5% of the transaction cost up to NIS 100. After this date, the activity will be charged in full.

11. When canceling a transaction, a monetary credit will be made to the same payment method in which the charge was made.

12. Cases in which Negev Safari will be entitled to cancel the activity (without collecting handling fees), due to a column error or an incorrect price. Force majeure including hostile war or terrorism, or extreme weather. (Weather alerts do not automatically cancel the activity - refer to the situation in the field)

1. Negev Safari undertakes that it will not use the details of the users registered on the website except for the purposes of operating the website and in order to enable the purchase on the website, as well as, for the purpose of maintaining contact with the users.

2. Users will have the right to remove themselves from the list of recipients of an e-mail letter or SMS message.

3.  The management and storage of the customers' credit information is carried out by an external clearing agency - MAX, which is authorized by the Israeli and global banking system to carry out credit charges. As required by a clearing company, MAX operates advanced security systems to protect customer data.

4. Negev Safari reserves the right to amend and/or change the product exchange and/or return regulations at any time it deems appropriate.

5. Consenting to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of this policy at the time of your first visit to our site, allows Negav Safari to use cookies each time you visit the site.
